私の知らない、私-≪記憶≫　op.173

ギャラリー射手座、京都（2001年6月12日～6月24日）
　この作品は、生まれて5歳の幼稚園入園までの本人にはほとんど記憶のない時期の1日1日の出来事を出来るだけ明確にし、キャンバスに記録した作品である。もともと、記録は全く残っておらず、30年以上も昔の事ではあるが両親の記憶と、スナップ写真だけを頼りに、長時間にわたり何度も何度も記憶をたどってもらい、両親に取材することによって明確にしていった。キャンバスの下敷きには今回、記憶を明確にするために使ったスナップ写真を拡大したものを用いた。写真は耐光性200年プリント。キャンバスには白の塗料が何層にも塗ってある。文字はコンピューターによるもの。
